Together, we are building a fairer Northern Minas by bringing education, sports, and culture to children, teenagers, and families, creating opportunities that strengthen integral development and social leadership.
Sementes do Vale Association is a nonprofit organization founded in 2016 to fight social inequality in Northern Minas through activities that promote integral development and individual social leadership.
To do this, it develops social projects in sports, culture, education, technology, professional training, and psychosocial support.
Every number here represents real people, dreams that were cared for, and communities that chose to grow together.

Minas Gerais is the Brazilian state with the second-highest number of children and teenagers found working in 2023. According to research by Rede Peteca, 42% of children and teenagers in rural communities in Minas Gerais are exposed to child labor. In 2019, there were 288,358 children and teenagers working in the state.

Through the nonprofit, I was able to discover the world of robotics, fall in love with it, and today bring technology to thousands of children.
If it were not for the nonprofit, I would not have discovered the arts, and circus is something I want to carry into my life as a profession.
I was a former student and today I am a coordinator, and when I see children from the community achieving their dreams, I feel very happy.

With 16 female dancers and, for the first time, the participation of a male dancer, Sementes do Vale took part in the festival with medals, trophies, and the recognition of a breakthrough dancer.
